Winter Warmth Recipe Book
The book contains hearty soups, casseroles, stews and curries and comforting hot puddings to help keep warm from within during the cold winter months.
Teresa Mosedale, winter warmth coordinator for Age UK Solihull, said: “It’s important to eat well, especially in winter. Make sure you eat food that gives you plenty of nutrients and vitamins and eating at least one hot meal will enable you to keep warm. A good tip is to also keep a hot drink in a flask beside your bed when it’s cold outside. Try our winter warmth recipes and keep well this winter.”
The book is on sale at Age UK Castle Bromwich, for a suggested donation of £2.50.
